- 40 yrs old, in a relationship of 2 yrs, first took notice of my weight at 16 yrs 110lbs 5'3, after my first child I went on my first diet I maintained 100lbs .after giving birth to my second I joined my first gym again 100lbs n in the best shape of my life. After my third n approaching 30 I still was able to maintain 100lbs n really got into weight lifting. Around 2005 I slowly began packing on the pounds. everything I used to do didn't work anymore. At my heaviest, 130- 140 I got very discouraged n lazy . I joined a gym again in February 2013 I'm due for my 90 pictures and at 122+/- I very impressed with my progress. I am always searching out new useful information. I hope this sight gives me that.
