Began looking elsewhere for improving fitness after getting injured running all the time. I've dropped a stone and a half in 18 months, got recommended to look at MDA by a fitness coach. I'm 41 and decided I needed to be fit for life rather than the next 15 years so I've started going Primal. I astounded some work colleagues by learning to run barefoot on the streets of our town. I got up to 3 miles without issue. I now run in Vibram Bikila LS all the time, never regular running shoes.
