Hello fellow PB'ers. Thanks for stopping by. I came here by accident. I bought the book and it is changing my life. So far in just our small family, two grown children are now following a more healthy lifestyle and we are trying to lead by example. We have several more adult children to "convince" and we will not give up. With many changes to our medical system essentially gutting old age care we came to the conclusion that no one would do it if we didn't take care of business so here we are. Diet, exercise and proper use of supplements have made a substantial difference already and will long into the future. Thanks PB!
