I have been searching for the "right way to eat" all of my adult life. This has included eating paleo, kosher,calorie obsessed, dairy free, gluten-free and free-for-all at various times. I tend to carry about 25 pounds extra and right now i am up 50 because of stress and emotional eating. The best success I have had losing weight have been with paleo (when I was 21) and weightwatchers (at 25). Both times I lost 50 pounds. But the tasty paleo food and the great energy I have when i am grain free have brought me back in the fold. Primal blueprint seems to me an improvement on paleo. My goal is to strengthen myself and lose fat.
