About Jenl
I am married to my best friend. We have four beautiful daughters, yes four and yes there is a lot of drama. We love to spend time together and head out for adventures. We are like the traveling circus. I also am a Regional Area Coordinator for a ministry in my area and I also go to school full time. I began swimming regularly last August because I was tired of being tired. I have had some pretty scary health issues over the last year and a half and decided it was time to take charge. Besides I was to young to go down without a fight. So I began swimming and have been swimming 5-6 days a week ever since. This year I decided to shake things up a bit and begin yoga twice a week.I love it because my husband comes along with me and it's a nice little activity we can do together. I feel stronger and more confident and energized, some time a little to energized.
Swimming, yoga, reading, traveling, mission trips
