I've been doing Paleo since 2010, and love the primal lifestyle. Focusing on all the primal elements of wellbeing helped me overcome chronic tendonitis, which I'd suffered from for 6 years. Now, I want to pay it forward, and I use my blog "BodyHacksTV" to teach others everything I've learned.
My main interests lie less in biology and more in psychology & behavior. How do we actually get people to make positive changes? How do we do it on a large scale? My goal is empowering people in an ethical, sustainable, socially responsible manner.
