    Hi Shyloh,

    Best tip I can give with just starting out is "be patient" with yourself and stay on task with foods "not" to eat. Keep moving :). I am just starting to get rolling on my website cheekyfitandfifty.com. I built it for those who want to follow me through this next year. I update it every Friday, adding recipes, tips, and I hope continued encourage for those on this journey. You goals are attainable!
