I'm an ex commercial pilot and flight instructor until I got MS in my late 40s. I lost my wings and most of my hobbies. I was a sous-chef at a five star restaurant prior to my aviation career, so I expanded on that skill and added a nutritional twist. All my dishes are tasty and healthy.
