I'm just a regular guy, I work hard and don't have time for much else. My job is very time consuming and hard on the body and it doesn't help that I am around snack foods all day. I have become incredibly unhealthy over the last few years and on Dec 1st 2012 I came across marksdailyapple.com and the primal blueprint and my life has totally changed! I can't wait to see what the future holds and look forward to hearing about all your success stories and can't wait to share mine!
