I'm a father of 3. I've always been a big person. There was a time when I was about 70 lbs lighter. About 2 years ago I ok up roller derby. I play for the Benton County Derby Demons and coach the Benton County Derby Dames. Roller derby helped me lose 60 lbs. I've been stuck for a year, and I'm trying to find something that will get me healthier and help me become a better athlete and coach.
