Is this where I write my success story? I'm not finished yet - not by a long shot. Success is a long time in coming and has been put off by multiple self-derailments. I've had success cutting sugar and flour from my diet before. And it wasn't an apple pie or some other pastry that knocked me off that wagon. Nor was it a pizza or a burger. It was me. I kept knocking and keeping myself off of the wagon. My lowest weight came three or four years ago, when I was running an hour daily and starving myself with tiny meals. Since then I've put those 35 pounds back on, incrementally, and have felt badly, inside and out.
At this point, I'm done dieting and eating the way I feel best. I find that with more protein, fat, and veggies, I not only feel my best, I look my best. So, please Groks and Grokettes, your support is so appreciated on this journey. I am going to lean out and start feeling great.
