- I used to be in great shape but 6 years of college and 30+ years of sitting at a desk developing software along with the stress of raisng 4 kids, running a business and juggling rental property gradually took its toll in weight gain.
I am having success with my current diet program but I am not getting results as fast as I would like so I'm trying PB while keeping a close eye on my blood pressure.
