Actually, I'm a Personal trainer and certified Kettlebell instructor, but oddly enough nutrition is my biggest passion! I've been researching the diets of past civilizations for nearly 15 years and my findings and recommendations are very close to whats recommended here. Personally, I think that slow burning (non-grain) carbs such as sweet potatoes, beans, peas, etc., are fine as long as they are not eaten with fats and proteins. They simply do not digest well together. So, I've actually been doing my own type of primal eating for quite some time and the results are fantastic. More energy, less fat, more muscle tone, etc. Keep up your good work...you look fantastic!
