Athletic guy who likes just about any activity that disguises exercise as fun although I do enjoy lifting in the gym as well. I've been consistently working out in one form or another for almost 2yrs after hitting a wall of personal dissatisfaction both in weight (212lbs) and overall health due to miserable habits across the board. After being a 3 sport athlete my whole life and playing college athletics, I came to rely on being told I had to exercise and eat right so when that was no longer present, I got, well...LAZY. I have made a lot of strides in the past 2yrs but not at the level I'd like. I'm also implementing a Primal Blueprint at about 80/20 to start as of last Wed. (11/28/12). Any suggestions or support are welcome.
