Biography:

I competed as a bodybuilder in the 1980's and returned to it three years ago at the age of 54, winning my class. I developed metabolic problems and have celiac disease and Hashimotos with a big thyroid nodule. I have real problems now dropping my bodyfat levels and I am hoping this plan helps me. I can't eat any grains and I am allergic to soya. I live in Greece.
