    Hej Mina,

    såg i din presentation att du har problem med dina hormoner, jag har en hel del strul med mina också, att låta bli gluten och mjölk produkter och att hitta en lagom nivå på kolhydraterna har hjälpt mig mycket, vad gör du för att få ordning på dina?
