YoYo dieter; exercised my whole life; love food! Diagnosed with UC in 2009, one terrible flare-up that put me in the hospital for 6 days, controlled by 2 meds now, still not normal. Tired of not being the size I feel good in. Tired of not knowing what I can and cannot eat to avoid flare-ups with UC. Trying Primal Blueprint...we'll see. 11/12/12 (my 1st wedding anniversary to my hero and man of my dreams!)
