Having food cravings for decades due to insulin intolerance (PCOS) though being of normal weight. Now gained 5-6 kilos after reaching 35 (5 years ago), objective would be to again get rid of them and also of the bloathedness. But being really really absolutely happy for the peace of mind by just avoiding carbs (when eating less than 50 grams a day). Still, i cannot fully resist of red wine which is exposing me again to cravings for carbs...big sigh....
