Biography:
I found the Primal diet and Marks Daily Apple after years of struggling to figure out what was wrong with me. I had daily chronic migraines, hives, geographic tongue, and no doctors, specialists or allergists could figure it out. Once I eliminated Wheat/Gluten from my life, things have began improving drastically. Now that I'm going Primal, it's getting even better. I have a blog at http://primalmigraneur.blogspot.com/ detailing my struggle and I'm trying as hard as I can to spread the word to other migraneurs who haven't been told this may be a symptom of gluten/wheat intolerance (or poisoning from our GMO wheat as I like to think of it!)
