I found the Primal diet and Marks Daily Apple after years of struggling to figure out what was wrong with me. I had daily chronic migraines, hives, geographic tongue, and no doctors, specialists or allergists could figure it out. Once I eliminated Wheat/Gluten from my life, things have began improving drastically. Now that I'm going Primal, it's getting even better.
