Biography:

I have talked about this lifestyle with a few co workers that have seen great outcomes, my wife is a vegitarian and I'm looking to find guidance on how to eat right on a consistant basis. I have a good understanding of traditional meal planning and understand that our food system is not the most advantagous thing in the world. I'm starting the 21 day challenge 10/04 in hopes of losing weight, gaining more energy, sustaining a meal plan, and learning something new.
