38 years old, 1.67 m ( (5'6) 70 kg/155lbs start weight..goal weight 63 kg/138lbs - or rather my old clothes shall fit as they did before hashimotos/ hypothyroidism screwed it all up :( most of the weight is bulked up im my middle, hence nothing not elastic fits any longer..*sigh..
