I've never had a weight problem; I just want to be leaner, stronger and healthier. My lifelong sugar addiction was starting to concern me, and grains make me sleepy and lazy and who knows what kind of damage. MDA is helping me improve my diet, and provides a lot of inspiration about fitness and lifestyle. I have tried many different diets/ways of eating, and I'm really feeling like primal is the right way for me. Only been at it a couple months and am seeing improvement.
