51 years young. Mother of 3 grown boys, 30, 26 and 24. Have husband and a dog.On disability at moment due to arthritis in the knees. Could not continue with my job as a Training Mgr for restaurant chain. Was told to find office job.Joined the nearest gym and now changing eating plan.
