I am 34 years old and started eating primally on 08/20/12. So far I'm down 59 lbs. I have to lot to go (started at 350.2 lbs), but it's going well so far. I recently cut dairy out of my diet, and that has helped alleviate some chronic stomach problems. I cannot even begin telling you all what a difference primal eating has made in my life. A sinus infection that has hung around for at least 3 years is gone. I've slept through the night for the first time in about 10 years. My blood sugar no longer "tells" me to hurry up and eat some carbs to feel good. I have about 150 lbs to go, but this is the first time I've felt confident about reaching my goal. Grok on!!
