I've struggled with being overweight (according to BMI charts) most of my life. Although I've had periods where I was lean. I was always the "husky" kid growing up. Since I started my current career about six years ago I have went up and down in weight several times. This is usually due to injuries or utter lack of discipline at times. Now that I'm in my mid thirties and recently put on high blood pressure medicine, and a couple other things, the reality of my situation and how I have lived my life up until this point have made my situation and the choices I make from here on out life or death ones.
Martial Arts, weightlifting, hiking, cooking, eating, and most importantly family.
