Biography:
I was in the best shape of my adult life while serving as a volunteer teacher in rural Ethiopia. I am convinced it was due to the food I ate on a daily basis: meat (mostly lamb), injera (made from teff flour), vegetables and fruit for dessert. Everything was made from scratch and sugar-free. I lost 50 pounds without even trying. Sounds pretty primal to me! I want to get my "Ethiopian" body back.
