- Well I am new to this forum, but I have been eating in this manner for quite sometime...no sugar, no grains and no dairy.
When I first cut these items out of my diet I lost 19lbs in the first 6weeks. This also included olympic style weight training, sprinting, metabolic conditioning and hiking snowshoeing and downhill skiing. I was amazed in the change in my body! I never had so much energy in my life! I knew I had made the right decision and have never turned back.
