I'm currently eating no-grain, and relatively low carb (with most of my carbs coming from dairy, with a little fruit). I eat a lot of eggs, a fair amount of beef and bacon, and moderate amounts of leafy greens. And that's just breakfast ;)
I supplement with vitamin D, a multivitamin/mineral, and have recently started taking occasional moderately large (ie about 3mg) doses of iodine. I also take various other supplements, largely experimenting with the aim of hopefully improving my clarity of mind.
I just started supplementing with K2-mk4 too.
So yeah, I've been buying all sorts of supplements I probably don't need, and I undoubtedly have fairly expensive pee...
