- I feel like I'm in better shape now than I was in my 20's! I have a lot better understanding of what a healthy lifestyle is! Not like back then, i.e. size 4, worked out 10 hrs a week (5 days) then go to taco bell! Lol Now I'm a size 8 and actually have muscle definition! Oh. And no more taco bell!
Basically, I want to be healthy and teach my girls what a healthy lifestyle is.
