About Dustin
I was the runt in the family all my life. I stopped growing in 8th grade at 5'4" and I've weighed about 115 lbs most of the time. My father trained me to eat a lot because he wanted me to grow, but no matter how much I eat 115 lbs is my max weight.

I stumbled upon this site about five months ago(Jan 2012), and saved it my bookmarks, checking it out from time to time. Then about one month ago, I stumbled upon some paleo diet sites and really started researching hard on these new diet ideas. I slowly stopped eating sugar at that point, and lost 5 lbs quickly. Two weeks later I started a LCHF paleo diet and I've lost 5 more lbs. Losing weight is not my goal, but I don't think I have anymore fat to lose, it's all gains from here so I'm hitting the gym.

On 6-26-12, I got a gym membership. I weigh 105 lbs. I'll update with progress.
