About rachbebe
I'm a girl from the midwest. I finally converted to Primal Living about 3 weeks ago. So far I haven't lost any weight, but that's okay, the health benefits have been awesome. My depression has lifted and hopefully I will be able to start reducing my anti-depressant and maybe be taken off of it. Also my back pain has completely gone away and I feel fantastic. Even if I don't lose any weight I am going to continute to eat Primally. Living on a farm and being grain free has been really hard. The nice part is being able to have wild caught and hunted game available to me, but for the most part I have been diving out of pocket for grass fed meats because my family is against me disowning corn fed. My family is skeptical about this lifestyle, but hopefully me walking the walk and talking the talk will get them to change their minds.
