Hello! I was born and raised in Dominican Republic and I came to America when I was 15 years old. I'm recently married and I live in upstate NY. I am a CPA and I have gained a lot of weight due to work and travel. I was introduced to MDA by my Crossfit coach on October 2009 and since then I've lost 25 pounds (from 200lbs to 175lbs-May 2012), mostly by working out. Now it's time I improve my eating. My goal is to lose an additional 20 pounds by my 30th Birthday. I hope to learn from others in this forum and to reach my ultimate goal of weighting 135lbs by December 31, 2012 :)
