Hey all! I'm from NH, and just started with this whole primal biz. I've always loved being outdoors (hunting, archery, fishing hiking) and I've always loved real foods like venison, and fruits and veggies( I worked on farms for a number of years). I recently turned 21, gained 30 lbs (yay booze and working the night shift), and just recently lost about 20 of those pounds by (not) eating (anorexia works wonders). I now want to get back in shape, lose that pesky 10 lbs, and most of all, BE HEALTHY!
