I recently lost 100 pounds through low fat dieting and another 20 trying to stabilize my weight. The low fat dieting left me weak and skinny-fat. I switched to primal as a way to regain balance. I am very new to this and I'm sure have tons to learn. So far I am liking it a lot. My body has responded very well to the changes so far.
