Hey, I do Crossfit for exercise (have been at it for a while - before going primal), and my weight had been stable for a while before doing the primal thing. Other than switching my diet to primal, I really haven't done anything different....it's just that suddenly my cravings all disappeared. I still treat myself to dark chocolate and some dark chocolate-covered dried fruits, but that's about it for sweets/treats.
Hey I really liked your post on the thread about coconuts--wondering if you have any tips on how you lost that last bit of weight? You sound similar to me---I'm lean and fit as well, but it's just the thighs and butt that I seem to never be able to get rid of, unless I severely cut calories. I've been primal for a year and a half now, that's just the one area I can't get rid of!
