Biography:

I'm a 42 year old male, started the paleo journey in December 2011 in order to better manage my type 2 diabetes. Since then I've lost weight, feel great and significantly reduced the amount of meds I am on. Things are getting better every month. This change in lifestyle may literally save my life (at least extend it).
