That's awesome. I go very low-carb once in a while and it really helps me, too. Normally I'm at around 100g. but once every several months I go as low as 30 - 35g. for two weeks or so. Helps with portion control and cravings.
Thanks for turning me back onto ketogenesis in the thread I started about portion control at dinner. I went back and did more research, dropped my carbs significantly, and it has really helped with the ravaging hunger. I also took some other advice and stockpiled most of my calories for dinner. Psychologically, it feels much better. I started losing a couple pesky fat storage pounds, too. Much love.
