I Have been visiting this site for several months and knew I needed to try this! I continued to eat drive thru and take out due to a busy schedule and convenience. Last Sunday, after two trips to Wendy's, I felt so crappy. I know my blood pressure was up but I know what the doctor will say and I know medication is not the answer. I am a weight watcher drop-out and slic the scale under the counter, out of sight! I did not want to see the number but hopped on Monday April 16 and faced reality - 253! So embarrassing. Off to the kit hen to make bacon and eggs and lees than a week in and 8 pound are gone! Now to read PB fitness and turn myself into a success story.
