I just turned 50 this year and decided I wanted to be the healthiest and best shape of my life. I have struggled with my weight my entire life even thou I have always played sports and worked out. I never achieved my goal of being at a healthy weight without killing myself for. I have even been a personal trainer and I have helped other achieve their goals who
Ole always falling short of mine. I am beyond excited to go primal.
