Hi Kochin, thanks! That's what I need for the file of Points of Interests: a name, a latitude and a longitude. "Just go into the nearest churrascaria...
I use lard and tallow to sauté food. I also use butter, ghee and coconut oil of course, depending on the recipe (thai curry doesn't work with lard :P...
I have always been active, doing sports, outdoor activities, eating "sane", and I always felt healthy. I could not imagine I could actually feel... healthier.
About me: I love spending my free time outdoors, mostly hiking. And fortunately the Alps offer a lot of opportunities for this kind of activity. I appreciate mushrooms, which I like gathering myself (thanks grandpa for teaching me to love the mountain). My hobbies: cooking (I'm serious). And photography: still-life, architecture, interior-design, fashion and portraits (in studio and locations).
Sport: gym (3-4 times per week), swimming (occasionally), running (once CC, now I take it easier and to my surprise I have better results). Obviously walking.
Food: once an average grains consumer, I totally reviewed my position on rice, pasta, bulgur, buckwheat, couscous, etc. since I stopped eating them. I also used to drink one hefe-weizen per week, now I sadly prefer to renounce, but I console myself with homemade mead, homemade cider and homemade ginger beer. What about diary... well, I live in Switzerland.
