Milk and Paleo man.
The theory about paleo man is they didn't have milk in their diet because modern agriculture and domestication animals didnt happen until 10 to 15 thousand years ago. Allow me to run a theory by you that might change you mind.
Paleolithic people were incredibly resourcful hunters and gather's. Everything we could possibly find to use as sustinance was used. When the tribe was able to capture a deer, we would consume each and every part of it. Including brain, organs, blood and marrow.
Every mammal on earth produces milk to feed their young. And like clock work every spring there were young animals being fed mothers milk. Paleo man hunted and ate meat 365 days a year, consuming each and every part of the animal. Including the milk that is produced by the mother for the next generation mamoth, bear, sloth, deer, squirrel, and rat.
So thats my theory on how paleo man did consume milk seasonally when ever it was available....
