  1. Thanks canuck. I have a friend dealing with a spinal tumor right now and I am going to be forwarding that to him.
  2. Meant to send these links to you a while back - I think you will appreciate them. They inspired me to embrace the Movnat movement...Enjoy!

  3. I love jalapenos. Stuffed with cheese and roasted they are even better. My neighbor grows them so I add them to a lot of my cooking. You can also roast them and then make chipotle sauce which is truly awesome.
  4. I agree, much of what he says is good serious science and I think he provides some very valuable information. I just find him a little overly intense and combative. I'm with you on the "evil medical establishment" issue and posting your personal product is definitely out of bounds on this type of blog - in my opinion.
  5. The funny thing about James is that we actually agree about a lot of things like iodine, and coffee, and Grizz being a nincompoop, and Ray Peat's theories being balderdash. He just harps a little too heavily on the "evil medical establishment" thing for my tastes and I disagree with his ideas about soy and HIV/AIDS. More often than not we are on the same side but he keeps wanting to pick off topic fights about the points we don't agree on.
I also though that him posting a link to his own product was way far into "not cool" territory.
  6. Okay thanks, a positive story can be a source of inspiration and you never know how, it might change someone's life.
  7. Sure go ahead. I'd be glad if it can help anyone.
