Began the Paleo lifestyle on March 4, 2012 at a body weight of 213 lbs with a goal of getting back to my peak fitness weight of between 175 and 178lbs. Surpassed my goal in May bottomed out at 165. Since then have muscled up to 175. Paleo/Primal diet (90%), also incorporating IF, HIT. Blood pressure started at 130/90 currently 105/78. Very pleased with the results so far. Currently focused on adding a bit of muscle and getting body fat under 10%.
