- I once lived on a fruit diet and did so for almost 5 years. I went off that diet when I moved to cold country. I always stayed from grains as I knew being a fruitarian that grains are the worse food for you. I enjoy meat, vegetables and fruit. I am joining this group to meet more like minded people.
