About a year ago myself and my family found our way to the paleo way of eating and good health. About 6 months ago we all fell out of the cave. Me more than the rest. Now I'm desperately trying to climb back up. We all have our cave names here. (my husband is Grog) We have 3 grown kids and have decided that now its our turn for great health and fun in the sun!
