About Mark Franz

Biography:

Never a serious athlete, I lived to have fun and my body type accommodated that. I stay in fairly good shape (shape, as in the shape of my body), but I am by no means fit. I am 5'9" , weigh around 175 and keep my waste around 32" (it should be a few inches less). I carry extra weight around my hips, as opposed to my stomach, but the upper stomach is starting to lose integrity (crap!). So, plenty of room for improvement. Oh, and my joints hurt like hell, but it's not debilitating.
