Biography:

Yo-yo dieter since I first started Weight Watchers at 12 years old...I didn't need it, I was just doing what I saw the women in my life doing. I was healthy and fit until college when I made some bad choices because of some bad choices that others made and continued making bad choices for another 25 years. No more of that!
Now, I spend my days helping other women stop making bad choices because of bad choices that others made. (aka I'm a sexual trauma/PTSD therapist)
My life went from dismal to beautiful in the past couple of years. Now, if I can just get a handle on my health everything will be close to perfect. Here's to becoming our best selves!
