I have been following the primal blueprint lifestyle since 16th Feb 2012. I found out that i was wheat intolerant and then met up with a friend for lunch who told me about her new found lifestyle change and her enthusiam made we want to dive straight in. I feel so much better inside and look better on the outside. I would say i follow the primal way about 80-100% but have small issues with nuts still. I am at 139lbs and at 5'4" is a bit too much.
My problem which i hope someone can help with is that I eat an 2/3 egg omelette with veggies and 2 bacon most days and generally don't eat til about midday sometimes later. Then the problems start and i snack then on jerky, apple with cashew butter and some cheese. Sometimes nuts but have cut them out quite a lot. Dinner is meat,poultry or fish with veg. Generally only drink water, black coffee and tea with some milk. If i drink its red wine.
