I am a US soldier originally from the midwest. I have experienced some health problems and want to prevent any more and develope a stronger body. From 2011 to now I have tried several different approaches (including vegan, raw food, and Mediterranean-easy because I love Italian food) but nothing really worked or was too difficult to maintain. I stumbled onto the idea of eating a Paleo diet in 2011, and although the consept made sense to me I didn't try it out until I read some books like "Why We Get Fat." Wish me luck!
